Abstrak,.Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Taman Wisata Air Wendit (Wendit Water Park) Kabupaten Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan sampel 41 karyawan wisata Mendit Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Taman Wisata Air Wendit (Wendit Water Park) Kabupaten Malang. Budaya organisasi di Taman Wisata Air Wendit (Wendit Water Park) Kabupaten Malang, pimpinan hendaknya mampu melihat lingkungan organisasinya secara holistik, sehingga diperoleh kerangka kerja yang lebih luas guna memahami masalah-masalah yang sulit dan hubungan-hubungan yang kompleks di Taman Wisata Air Wendit (Wendit Water Park) Kabupaten Malang. Kepuasan kerja memegang peran peting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dimana apabila pegawai merasakan kepuasan atas pekerjaannya maka pegawai termotivasi untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik. Penajaman tentang nilai, keyakinan dan sikap yang harus diimplementasikan Taman Wisata Air Wendit (Wendit Water Park) Kabupaten Malang.

Abstract,.The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Wendit Water Park (Wendit Water Park) Malang Regency. The research method uses multiple linear regression, with a sample of 41 employees of Mendit Malang Regency tourism. The results of the study explain that organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of the Wendit Water Park (Wendit Water Park) Malang Regency. Organizational culture in Wendit Water Park, Malang Regency, leaders should be able to see the organizational environment holistically, so that a broader framework is obtained to understand the difficult problems and complex relationships in Wendit Water Park (Wendit Water Park).
