Abstract., The Porpose of  this research are: to determine how the influence of charismatic leadership and participation of board boarding to the student achievement through learning motivation of students. The subjects used in this study are the students who live in Pondok Pesantren An Nur 1 Bululawang Malang, amounting 101students. The method used are quantitative research method. Measuring instrument uses a scale of perception of charismatic leadership and the participation of the learning achievements through motivation to learn. The evaluation uses a questionnaire. This research is a sample involving the majority of the population. Methods of data analysis uses path analysis with the aid of computational program SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Analysis Path analysis results showed Charismatic Leadership simultaneously positive and significant impact on motivation to learn the causes, magnitude simultaneous effect <0.05 is 0.037. While participation doesn’t  significantly influence the motivation to learn i for the amount of simultaneous> 0.05 is 0.114. Of the three variables assigned as a predictor, two variables: Participation (X2) and motivation (Y) has a sig <0.05 while variable Charismatic Leadership sig> 0.05 so it can be said that the entire predictor partially affect the Z except Charismatic Leadership ,
